Poly Protective Coatings supply customised raw sheet, rod or sleeve plastics and nylons across a wide range of applications and products can vary in density depending on a customer’s requirements. Using the state-of-the-art plastic machining technology, Poly Protective Coatings can ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency when it comes to turning, routing, grinding, milling & spindle moulding, waterjet cutting, laser cutting and stamping the equipment required.

Some of our plastics and nylons are impregnated with oils to enhance lubrication and others are made with a UV protective chemical to extend their life in the harsh Queensland sun. No matter what the application, all our engineering plastics and nylons can be easily machined and offer as an excellent light alternative to conventional steel, stainless stell and aluminium parts where chemical resistance, electrical resistance, quietness, or extreme wear resistance is required.
