Poly Protective Coatings are leaders in the field of Spraying Polyurethane SP85. With over 20 years experience, we have worked on some of Queensland largest projects. We have the capability to manage Spray PU jobs onsite or in our workshop using the most high tech machinery available such as the Gusmer H3500.

Our experienced applicators can apply coats from 3mm to 20mm thick and coatings can be bonded to all metals, concrete, blockwork, timber and some plastics from 1mm to any thickness. The equipment allows linings to be applied to Floatation Cells, Tanks (acid or leaching), shaker screen and spirals, agitator blades along with most other manageable applications. The majority of our products are cured allowing them to be put into service within one hour of application. The finished surface can be non-skid which is ideal for electrical switch room floors, or alternatively a glass like finish can be achieved for the inside of bins, chutes, sumps etc.
